How long will it take to print my plastic cards, decals, and/or magnets?
Turnaround times vary from product to product but most plastic cards and decals are produced in 10 - 15 business days after proof approval. Indoor Magnets & Car Magnets are produced in 5 - 7 business days. In a rush? Let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you really offer FREE design services?

How do I supply my own artwork?
Artwork may be submitted via email, website, transfer services such as WeTransfer, or Dropbox. We prefer vector artwork or @ 300 dpi in .pdf, .tif, .eps, or .ai format. (.psd, .indd, and .jpg also accepted). Click here to learn more about file setup
Can each plastic card contain unique numbering or name personalization?

Can I place a large order of plastic cards but have them personalized as they are needed?

Do you offer fulfillment services?
Yes! Distributing your alumni membership cards, sports passes, parking passes, school spirit magnets, and more can be a job in itself. What is your return / cancellation policy?
You are able to cancel your order at any time prior to proof approval. If your order is cancelled after design services have been provided, a fee will be deducted from your refund to cover any time incurred. Every order is custom and cannot be cancelled once it is in production. We guarantee our products will be delivered free from defects. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, just notify us in writing within 30 days and we will reprint it for free.
Can you do an exact color match?
Most of our printing is done using CMYK offset, or high quality CMYK digital printing. Due to the variation of inks and materials used, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed and colors may vary slightly from shipment to shipment. Ink shades may also vary when printed on colored plastic. PMS inks provide more accurate color matching and are available on select products. Please notify us if color matching is critical and we will do our best to accommodate.
